This brand-new machine is specially designed for filling and capping of pouch-packaged products, including drinkable jelly, dairy products, fruit juice, beverages, ice cream, daily chemicals and other items.

The entire production process is fully automated, covering:

Automatic pouch feeding → Automatic filling → Automatic pouch mouth cleaning → Automatic cap sorting, placing and capping → Automatic pouch discharging → Automatic liquid level control

The machine is equipped with a complete CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) cleaning system and a PLC + HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control system.

All electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from top international brands in Germany, Japan and other regions.
