ZL200S Double Layer Intelligent Tumbler Dryer

ZL200S double-layer intelligent tumbler dryer is a drying equipment for round particles such as soft capsules.It is a priority choice for the 
drying section of the intelligent automatic production line for soft capsules.For data collection,each drying unit has a touch screen human-ma
chine interface,PLC controller,temperature &humidity sensors,and pressure sensors,etc.This controls the dehumidifier,electric heating 
module,cold water valve,and transmission frequency converter.Based on the database of soft capsule drying process curve,we can optimize 
the temperature and humidity of each tumbler within the set time period,to achieve fast and high-quality drying effect.The dryer consists of 
two tumblers on the upper layer (A1,A2)and two on the lower layer (B1,B2),forming a unit that can work independently.Each unit has two 
dehumidification units,T1 and T2 .T1 controls temperature and humidity through sensors A1 and B1,while T2 controls temperature and 
humidity through sensors A2 and B2 .There is a small touch screen on the front door of each unit,which can display the temperature and 
humidity of each section of the tumbler,and the forward and reverse rotation of each section can also be manually operated.Each tumbler is 
equipped with LED lighting and ultraviolet lamps for sterilization.Production line forms by units and is under the control of the main touch
screen,which is an IoT cluster for management and control,optimizing the energy consumption of each unit and implementing real-time 
tracking of temperature and humidity of each tumbler,to achieve the goal of production automation and intelligence.
