The stirring method adopts a special inclined transmission, so that the agitator is in full contact with the kettle body to achieve a non-integer rotation ratio of the agitator's revolution and rotation, and the 360-degree rotation makes the material stirring and mixing more uniform. The scraper is made of high-strength PTFE, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, non-toxic, and meets food production requirements.
Equipped with a stepless variable-frequency speed controller, the stirring speed is adjusted by frequency conversion, which enables uniform mixing and sufficient heating of materials.
