1. First, loosen the nut. Then adjust the screw to change the position of the lower fixed rod, thereby changing the push-pull length of the syringe and achieving the purpose of freely adjusting the filling volume. For the oral filling machine, clockwise adjustment of the screw increases the volume, while counterclockwise adjustment decreases it. When the middle pointer indicates, use a 5ml syringe and look at the side marked 5ml; for a 10ml syringe, look at the side marked 10ml. For the 20, 100, and 500 models, directly read the scale and pointer for quantification. However, due to the different thicknesses of the syringes, there may be errors in the actual filling volume. Use the syringe scale as the standard, or measure with a measuring cup at the beginning of filling to calibrate.
2. After adjusting the oral filling machine, tighten the nut to firmly secure the lower fixed rod and the crank.
3. Loosen the nut and determine the correct position of the upper fixed rod according to the push-pull length of the syringe. After adjusting the lower fixed rod, rotate the crank to move the syringe to the top dead center, then lift the syringe outer tube about 2mm to prevent the needle tube from being damaged. Tighten the nut before starting the machine.
4. After the oral filling machine is assembled correctly, turn on the switch. During operation, the crank drives the syringe to move up and down to draw liquid. Adjust the speed knob to select the appropriate filling speed and start normal operation. Adjust the speed controller knob; clockwise rotation increases the filling speed, while counterclockwise rotation decreases it.
