What is a PET blow molding machine?

1. Preheating. Heat the body of the PET preform to the appropriate forming temperature to ensure uniform heat distribution on both the inner and outer walls. The bottle mouth is already set and does not require heating. Therefore, the bottle mouth needs to be cooled during the heating of the preform body.
2. Blow molding. The uniformly heated preform is conveyed into the blow molding mold by a chain. Aseptic high-pressure gas is blown into the preform from between the mandrels, stretching it into a ring shape and blowing it to closely contact the mold wall, then cooled.
3. Demolding. After the bottle blowing process is completed, the machine starts to exhaust and demold.
After forming, the PET bottles are conveyed to the next station by a conveyor belt, lifted by the next bottle cylinder and blown out. If it is a Dachilong refilling machine, they will be sent to the next machine for further packaging.
