To enhance China’s emergency rescue capabilities for major hazardous chemical accidents, the National Work Safety Emergency Rescue Center has advanced the emergency equipment capacity building for national hazardous chemical emergency rescue teams in accordance with relevant team construction standards, providing support for equipping 41 national hazardous chemical emergency rescue teams with key specialized equipment.
EXPEC Technology deeply integrates high-end technologies such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry into the hazardous chemical emergency rescue industry. Combining multiple detection modes including high-altitude telemetry, on-site monitoring, and vehicle-mounted mobile monitoring, and relying on its extensive technology and product matrix, the company has built a comprehensive solution covering leak detection, fire detection, and hazardous chemical emergency rescue. This not only constructs a solid technical barrier for the safety of rescuers but also provides strong technological support for the modernization of China’s emergency rescue system.
The EXPEC 3500 Toxic Gas Specialized Mass Spectrometer is a highly flexible and powerful detection device. It can serve as the core equipment of a mobile monitoring vehicle or be carried to the accident site on foot (via shoulder or hand-carrying), enabling rapid response and accurate detection.
In emergency incidents such as hazardous chemical fires or explosions, it can quickly identify toxic and harmful substances in gases, liquids, and solids, and conduct precise qualitative and quantitative analysis. This provides critical data support for command decisions, significantly improving emergency rescue efficiency in complex environments and ensuring that the monitoring of toxic and harmful media meets high standards.
The EXPEC 1920 Infrared Toxic Gas Telemetry Instrument, known as the "Smart Sky Eye" in hazardous chemical leak, fire, or explosion accidents, boasts excellent long-distance detection capabilities. It quickly identifies the types of toxic and harmful gases at the accident site, accurately locates leak sources, and dynamically tracks the gas diffusion range. By generating real-time thermal maps of the temporal and spatial distribution of toxic gases, it provides intuitive and visualized data support for command decisions, greatly enhancing the safety and efficiency of emergency rescue in complex environments.
Empowered by technology, monitoring equipment equipped with multi-parameter and PTR-TOF mobile monitoring systems acts like a sharp environmental detector. Through dynamic grid-based mobile intensive observation, it quickly maps out a "3D profile" of the temporal and spatial distribution of regional pollution. It not only accurately analyzes the types and concentrations of toxic and harmful gas media but also deeply identifies the sources of these pollutants, establishing a three-level detection system of "full-area scanning – hot spot positioning – pollution source tracing".
The hazardous chemical monitoring vehicle can be equipped with a variety of portable hazardous chemical equipment according to customer needs, truly deserving the title of "All-Round Guardian". It can also be integrated with a series of high-precision equipment such as handheld hazardous chemical leak rapid screening instruments, portable Fourier transform infrared analyzers, infrared thermal imaging analyzers, portable multi-parameter analyzers, and drones. This enables multi-mode monitoring, high-precision real-time analysis, and 3D spatial linkage capabilities.
It supports leak detection and precise qualitative and quantitative analysis of over 100 types of toxic and harmful gases (including benzene series, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, etc.), fully complying with the Standards for Equipping Detection Equipment for Hazardous Chemical Accident Emergency Rescue. Currently, EXPEC’s new-type hazardous chemical detection equipment has been applied in more than 10 national rescue teams. Each vehicle is equipped with a professional service team to "escort" every emergency rescue operation.
Recently, a variety of advanced analytical and detection equipment from EXPEC Technology has been successfully commissioned in national hazardous chemical fire rescue teams. Covering core emergency rescue scenarios such as rapid detection of toxic and harmful gases, leak positioning, and environmental monitoring, these equipment provide differentiated technical equipment support for 10+ professional rescue teams. This has significantly enhanced the rapid response and accurate disposal capabilities at hazardous chemical accident sites.
