On August 12, 2025, Wang Zhibin, Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Finance of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and his delegation visited and investigated the Qingshanhu High-end Scientific Instrument Innovation Base. Accompanying the investigation were Liu Yuansheng from the Investment Division of the Department of Science, Technology and Finance of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, as well as Li Xiaowei and Han Li from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. The research delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the R&D and Manufacturing Center, Mass Spectrometry Instrument Production Center, and High-end Equipment Laboratory. The delegation emphasized that enterprises should give full play to their advantages in technical platforms and leading roles in the industry, focus on industry hotspots such as digital and intelligent transformation, dual-carbon monitoring, aquatic ecology, and new pollutants, continuously strengthen the development needs of cutting-edge technologies including AI environmental super-brain, digital and intelligent monitoring, and fully automatic laboratories, persist in carrying out frontier scientific and technological innovations in the field of ecological environment, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute to supporting the construction goals of a powerful science and technology country and a beautiful China.
In recent years, EXPEC Technology has built a full-chain high-end monitoring equipment, solution and application service system covering environmental digital and intelligent monitoring, environmental quality improvement, comprehensive capacity building, and pollution emission control.
